Ingredients:
1 oz Cognac (brandy)
1 oz Belle de Brillet pear liqueur
1 oz Chardonnay (Chablis) white wine chilled
4 drop Bob's Vanilla bitters optional
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of pear wedge or skewered grape.

How to make:

  1. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  2. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

  1. Garnish with pear wedge on rim or skewered grape.

This cocktail retains nice chardonnay character, and I like the kick of pear, but I didn't care for the boozy direction the cognac takes the overall drink.
